Specto ("the service", "we") provides sports information, statistics, AI-generated analysis, and community features at spectosport.com.

• One account per person. Duplicate or fake accounts may be removed.

Specto uses machine learning to generate match probability assessments. These predictions:

• Are statistical probabilities, not guarantees of any outcome
• Are based on historical data, form, and head-to-head statistics
• May contain errors or be affected by events not captured in data (injuries, weather, etc.)
• Should never be the sole basis for financial decisions

Historical accuracy is shown transparently on the platform, but past accuracy is not a guarantee of future performance.

Specto does not offer, facilitate, or endorse any gambling service. We expressly disclaim all liability for:

• Any financial losses resulting from decisions based on information from this service
• The accuracy of odds, predictions, or statistical data for gambling purposes

By posting content (forum posts, tips, comments) you grant Specto a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform.

You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, or harassing
• Spam or unsolicited advertising
• False information presented as fact
• Match-fixing tips or content encouraging illegal activity

We reserve the right to remove any content and ban users who repeatedly violate these guidelines.

All platform design, branding, AI models, and original content are the property of Specto. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

Match statistics are sourced from API-Football (RapidAPI) and are subject to their respective terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Specto is not liable for:

• Inaccurate data, delayed information, or service interruptions
• Any direct or indirect financial losses
• Loss of data or unauthorized access despite reasonable security measures

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

We may update these terms. Continued use of Specto after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email or a banner on the site.
